I’m a little wild, deeply curious, barefoot whenever possible, happiest around drums, plants, beautiful food and people willing to show up as their authentic selves.

In 2016, I got sober. That began a ten-year spiritual journey of questioning, searching, unlearning, remembering and discovering what the Christ within means to me.

I believe there is divine light within all of us. I’m drawn to Christ consciousness — living from love rather than fear, remembering our connection to one another and learning to see the divine light within ourselves and each other.

I do not have all the answers. I’m still learning. I’m still becoming. And I think that’s part of the magic.

Authenticity is extremely important to me. Divine Healing Corner is not a place to perform spirituality. Come curious. Come messy. Come laughing. Come questioning. Come human.

My path moves through sound and frequency, drumming, energy work, plant-based living, spiritual study and community. Divine Healing Corner is one piece of the New Earth I am actively creating with Christ.

We are all creators. Our thoughts, words, choices, love and the way we show up in this world matter. I believe we are here to create the New Earth through love, consciousness, authenticity, community and remembering the Christ within.

A Course in Miracles has been part of my daily spiritual path for six years. Its teachings continually bring me back to love, forgiveness, perception and the choice between love and fear. The Law of One also speaks deeply to me: we are all one, and the same divine light lives within us all.

I am not here because I have all the answers. I am here to share what I am learning, what I have lived, and what continues to open my heart — while leaving room for everyone to find their own way.
